Service Scope

The quotation or written agreement should define selected publishers or criteria, content responsibility, target URLs, anchors, link attributes, quantity, timelines, reporting, revisions, and fees.

Quotations and Payments

Quotes may expire because publisher costs and availability change. Payment terms, currency, transfer fees, taxes, and commencement conditions should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Content Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing factual claims, legal compliance, brand references, target URLs, anchor text, and final drafts. Publishers may request edits or reject content.

Publication Timelines

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of editorial queues, revisions, holidays, publisher communication, technical issues, or availability changes.

Publisher Changes

If an approved opportunity becomes unavailable, the parties may agree on a replacement, revised timeline, credit, or refund treatment according to the written order terms.

Refund Terms

Refund eligibility should be defined per order. Work already completed, content produced, fees paid to publishers, transfer costs, and non-refundable third-party charges may affect any refund.

Search Performance

No ranking, traffic, conversion, indexing, or permanence guarantee is provided. Search engines and publishers operate independently.

Acceptable Use

Clients must not request illegal, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, harmful, or prohibited content or links.

Limitation of Liability

Liability should be limited as permitted by law and should not exceed the amount paid for the affected service unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes and Contact

Terms may be updated. Questions should be sent to nexus.seoagency@gmail.com. These terms should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before launch.
